This was a piece I illustrated for Doug Taylor, a recently retired employee after 50 years of service to ETSU’s Quillen College of Medicine. Our office was able to present this portrait to Doug yesterday, printed and framed, and I’m happy to say he really enjoyed it. This was a piece I did for Ace Custom Copper in Elizabethton. I wrapped this up in late September! The owner wanted art he could use on his merchandise, including his copper stills. 🥂🥂 This piece was a lot of fun; it pushed me a little outside my comfort zone but I learned a lot. Had the opportunity to design a t-shirt for a car show at ETSU. Took inspiration from “The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly” posters from the 60’s and gave it a nearly 90’s twist. Lots of fun with this one 🚗💨
